To be eligible for the bulk discount, entries all need to be registered at the same time.

PROCESS
All work submitted must have been printed, published or installed between 1st July 2018 and 30th June 2019.

For the Branding category, samples are helpful but not mandatory.

For the Packaging and Publications categories, samples are not mandatory, however they do help judges see the work in a favourable light.

The AGDA Design Awards are open for public entry, however these entries will not be eligible for the AGDA Member discounted price. Non-members are required to sign up as a ‘Web Member’ in order to submit entries. Or you can join as an AGDA member and access membership benefits on our website at agda.com.au/become-a-member/register/.

Please allow 24 hours or one business day between signing up as a Web Member or joining/renewing your membership before submitting your entries.

Submission of entry gives AGDA the right to use images and entry information for publicity, publication and exhibition purposes.

Physical entries will not be returned.

HOW TO ENTER
Step 1 – Submit your online entries. Enter awards via ‘My Entries’. You may submit as many entries as you like (maximum 5 images per entry), and you also have the opportunity to save and revise your entries at your convenience before you register them. Entries must be uploaded online (Step 2) and physical items sent if required (Step 4).

Step 2 – Prepare your online entry artwork
As part of your online registration you must upload a PNG version of your entry. (Maximum of 5 separate images per entry) this PNG will be used as reproduction artwork for various printed collateral.

Step 3 – Register and pay. Once you have reviewed your entries and are satisfied your artwork is correct, you can register your entries. Your registration can be for one or more entries – you can select which ones you wish to register (and leave off the ones you wish to complete at a later date if desired). You can pay immediately via credit card.

When your entries have been registered, they are ‘locked in’ and cannot be changed.

Download the entry labels and print off your registration(s) as an entry summary and tax invoice. To download your entry labels go to the My Awards Entries tab and select your entry from the list. There will be a print label option at the bottom of this page.

Step 4 – Prepare your physical samples. Attach your entry label to the corresponding physical samples and deliver to:
